Seby Speak (also known as SeSp) is a speaking Robot that uses
your windows narrator too speak.

Install instructions
extract the zip file to a folder then use the .exe or the .vbs (vbs recommended)
then use the SebySpeak.exe or the SebySpeak.vbs
